Our tour begins with a visit to a small Mayan ruins called Xelha, a very beautiful place that will transport us to the history of the area.

We continue with the adventure by entering the fascinating heart of the Mayan jungle

While you enjoy beautiful bird sightseeing and exotic wild animals that we might

Encounter in our path.

When we get to the cenote, we will do some adventure activities, then we’ll swim into the cenote which is part of the longest underground river systems in the world our expert guide will explain everything about the rock formations, speleothems and about the magic of the cenotes.

It is believed that the Mayan ruins of Xelha, a Mayan word that means inlet of water, was one of the most important ports of the powerful Coba, during the classical period, 250 AD to 600 AD
